ISCW2025Partner

We are partnering with industry experts to bring two exclusive sessions to ISC West 2025. Both are aimed at bringing you the latest information relating to AI, remote guarding, and building high growth security businesses.

Valuation Workshop Breakfast

What factors are driving the best deals for acquisitions? What are the top 3 things investors are looking for in integrators? How long does it take to prepare your business for an investment transaction?

This session is for integrators, monitoring companies, and service providers that want to learn how to structure their business for maximum growth and valuation.

Our panel discussion will feature tips and strategies for ensuring your business is structured to take advantage of growth trends in the security industry. We will cover valuation trends, exit strategies, and reveal what investors and acquisition companies are looking for in the market right now.

What does this have to do with AI? Very little, other than we see AI as a driving factor to help build business value. This session is not a sales pitch for Actuate, we want to give back to our partners, and partners-to-be, with expert advice on par with events or consulting engagements that usually would cost hundreds, or thousands, of dollars.

In case free, in-depth, no nonsense business strategy advice is not enough, we will also be offering a catered breakfast.

Date: Thursday, April 3, 2025

Time: 8am – 9:30am

Location: Galileo 906 at Venetian
